What’s up, guys?! OMG. It’s been a nightmare in the diet and work out department here lately. But, the good thing is that finally after 3 weeks, I have the motivation to get back to it. I guess my body just needed a break and was telling me the hard way! Good news: I have gains no weight back. Thank goodness. Bad news: I’m pretty sure it’s going to he the hardest thing ever waking up at 5:15 am since that ship sailed a LONG time ago, lol. But I’m back in that great mood and ready to sweat!
Speaking of sweating ;), here is an early MCM (man candy Monday) to feast your eyes upon. Craig Owens, the lead singer of Chiodos, has always been my favorite. Drooling over these….
The songs are what will motivate me to work out tomorrow. In fact, I’m not going to see it as going to the gym rater an hour of getting to listen to some great songs. 🙂

Hello, all! Sorry for the delay in blogging. I know I’ve been slacking (in both blogging & exercise) but I’m catching up now. 🙂
Day 19: Best Cardio Song. This is from theist recent album by BMTH & I can really run to it.
Day 20: Best Weights Song. Okay, so maybe this isn’t the “best” weights song but it’s catchy & I enjoy it. They also have a sing called “goodbye” that I really like, too!
Day 21: Grocery List. I don’t have an actual list right now because we just went to the store, but I’ll write a few things I ALWAYS have on it. Apples, peanut butter, almond milk, eggs, egg whites, chicken, salmon, broccoli & bell peppers. Always something I use so it’s always on the list.
Day 22: Favorite Protein Shake. Chocolate milkshake Syntha 6. Tastes just like hot chocolate & lasts me usually about a month if I drink 1 scoop almost every day.
More tomorrow or maybe later. Right now I have a tired baby that needs to take a nap 😉

Day 17: Favorite Dessert. Cheesecake!!!!! I started really craving this when I was pregnant last year & it has stuck! Always want it!

Today is supposed to be “Best Cardio Song”. For me, this changes like the weather! I get bored with the same music over and over again so I’ll give my current Top 5.
5. Bang Bang – Wil. I. Am. – I love the 20’s vibe of this song – it’s on ‘The Great Gatsby’ movie and it’s lovely to get your groove going!
4. Applause – Lady GaGa – I’m a sucker for lyrics, and hearing GaGa sing about crowds cheering for you is just the motivation I need to keep me moving.
3. Blood Pressure – MuteMath – This is my all time favorite band. They’re not widely known, but their music is amazing and they are even better live (we’ve seen them 4 times!)
2. Lose Yourself – Eminem – Going old school for some blood pumping rap. Good motivational message and just enough bpm to get a rhythm going.
1. Work Bitch – Britney – Not a Britney fan, but this song does it for me. Can’t deny those lyrics!

Hi everyone! I’m so behind…thank you kidney stone. And, no, there’s still no sign of it passing yet, but thankfully he hasn’t been in horrible pain yet either. I guess it’s just making it’s home in there and camping out.
I’m going to make this short & sweet and run through these quickly since I have 4 days to catch up on!
Day 15: Favorite Lunch Idea: Avocado Chicken Salad. Best ever!
Day 16: Favorite Dinner Idea: Maple Mustard Chicken. The Hubs LOVES this shit. We just had it last night!
Day 17: Favorite Dessert Idea: Anything chocolate.
Day 18: Favorite Self Feature: The hair & eyes are tied. Here’s me & H a few days ago.

14: Favorite Snack: apple & peanut butter. I eat this almost every day because it’s delicious and filling. When I eat a snack I would like for it to at least keep me less hungry after. I don’t want to eat to just eat or because I’m bored, and this snack is great for diminishing hunger.
15: Favorite Lunch: Lean Cuisine Parmesean Crusted Fish. Okay, so I know this isn’t the best thing for me….But this is my favorite one. It’s just so tasty! And yes, I know it’s weird bc it’s a fish meal but I love it!
16: Favorite Dinner: Mexican food!!!! Anything Mexican is DELISH and I adapt my diet so that I can have it at least once a week. Whole grain tortillas for a burrito or quesadilla with non or low fat cheese, non fat sour cream, homemade guacamole, salsa and veggies…….nomnomnomnom
